Space Rental Information


The Vintage Vault is proud to provide local artisans and collectable enthusiasts an attractive, professional, and organized venue to share their inventories.


Our staff supports our dealers with front desk support, answering questions by interested visitors and close of sale support. Dealers need not be here full time.


We have various space sizes, options and prices...

Open Air Market Details:

  • $25 Flate Fee to rent a spot, non-refundable.

  • Spaces are 10x20, about the size of two standard pop up tents.

  • You must bring your own pop up tents and tables, if needed for your merchandise and comfort. 

  • Any cancellations must be given 1-2 weeks prior to event.

  • If there is an event going on during the same days of our 'OAM', prices to rent a space do go up. 

  • Must get here 45min. to 1hr. before start of event.

  • Must stay for entire duration of event.


In Store Space rental details:

  • Rent is month-to-month. 

  • First and last month rental due upon entrance.

  • Must keep space clean, uncluttered, and presentable.
